Dear Miles
Hello, my name is Miles.
I am beginning my freshman year of high school and have set my goal to be a college
professor and the youngest doctor studying drug abuse in America. I hope to use other
researcher’s guidance and information to teach as many kids in America everything they need
to know to grow up to be healthy young adults. I am following my parents into the family
business of drug prevention education and pledge to do my part to reduce drug addiction by
teaching kids of all ages.

Dear Miles,

You recently spoke at my school.  I just wanted to thank you for all the advice you gave.  My brother,
who is 18, has been smoking for 2 years.  I've constantly been trying to get him to stop.  I was telling him
about some of the stuff you said and he came up to me afterwards and told me that he has decided to stop
smoking because he now sees how it affects both him and me.  He also kept repeating during our
discussion "listen to this guy, don't do drugs they'll really hurt you."   I know he's really serious about
stopping and I owe that to the advice you gave me.

So from me, and I know in the future from my brother too,
Thank you!
